3800 SuperCharged or Natural Aspirated OBDII wiring harness - I completely custom build the OBDII harness with your Fiero harness to make as clean installation as you can find in some show cars.
$950 (includes shipping ) - you provide harness from 3800 and Fiero. FREE OBDII programming with harness wiring. PASSKEY deleted with my wiring package. EGR, EVAP, and other items available for deleting.
WHAT you get for your $950 = $785 harness work, $125 PCM programming, $40 shipping. I only ship Priority mail at minimum.
Wiring harness work itself is ($785)... You are not going to find anyone else that custom builds your harness to your CUSTOM application.

The harness is built to your exact application and is 100% plug and play. You do not add any connectors.
The harness includes the following features:
Fuel Pump test point ( this is a bypass that helps to decide if the relay is functioning or not. If bad, you can use this to get the car running so you can get to a parts supplier.
Electric cooling fan test point. ( this is a bypass that helps to decided if the PCM is malfunctioning or improper Fan on/off programming exist )
100% functional Fiero gauges. If all your Fiero gauges worked before you started the swap, they all will work again
IAT spoof so you do not have to drill a hole in your CAI aluminum tube. Also this is located in the harness so that you can get to it and add the happy knob or ICCU.
Custom location for MAP. This once again cleans up the install for that show car look.
AC is fully functional with 3800 compressor or Fiero compressor. Once again, I build to your exact application.
All diagnostic trouble lights fully function. ( temp light, oil light, amp light )
Performance shift located so you can add a on/off switch if you want to. I provide a ground terminal already installed. ( no just bare wire here )
PCM location with my harness can be in 2 different areas. I set it up so the PCM is in the stock Fiero location. Please ask if interested in alternate location.
Multiple ground points. I make sure all ground connections are redundant. It is so important that computer systems and sensors have proper grounds.
Battery relocation in place. When you remote mount your battery, there is a little red wire off the terminal for the body harness connection. I fix this problem in the harness.
PCM reset without removing the terminal from your battery. ( you know, remove the NEGATIVE terminal connection for 1 minute reset deal ) no need.
In 50 plus harness built... not one single harness failed to start a car.
85 Fieros have decklid release in the engine harness. This is added back in.
O2 sensor is custom located for your exact application
OBDII diagnostic connector is installed and BOLTS right back in the stock ALDL Fiero location in center console.
The harness is phone sliced type connections, soldered connection, and hi temp heat shrinked.
The harness is taped upon finished on the wires themselves.
The harness is FULLY tested with a GM certified Tech 2
The harness is then covered in NEW convoluted black tubing in the exact correct size for the wire loom.
The harness is then wrapped 100% in vinyl black tape. The tape is now ENDLESS. You will not find a loose end at any connection/connector in the engine bay.
The harness layout is completely thought out for HEAT management and protection of the critical sensor signals.
The harness can be installed and removed from the car without removing a single device. ( engine in the car, alt, starter, fuel rails ).. this allows for even better cleaning.
The reason the convoluted tubing is completely wrapped, is the harness becomes very water resistant, and very easy to clean as a daily driver car, or show car.
Anything you want me to add to the harness so your engine bay is 100% show car clean, I can do it. ( Boost vacuum line, WBo2 wires, etc....)

Now to the PCM programming.
I am one of the fore front PCM programmers for Fieros. Other companies get me to do their PCM programming.
My Version 1 for automatic has pushed a completely stock internal 3800sc to 12.78 with back to back run.
My Version 2 PCM programming for manual is the only offered to Fieros, Sandrails, and other applications.
I personally own GM TIS2000, GM PCM development software tools, HPTuners, EFILive, TunerCat, Powrtuner, AutoTap, AVT VPW hardware...
That is what you get for your $950 .... All of the above... its alot of work.. and alot of detail.
$1200 on 2004 OBDII wiring with Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) and automatic 2004 4T65eHD transmission. You cannot use ETC with a manual transmission at this time to my knowledge. The VSS and 2004 PCM must be used with ETC which talks to Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) module.

I have hooked up with http://www.PowerTrainControlSolutions.com as a dealer and support person for the TCU they offer. This TCU is to control the 4T65eHD in an hybrid install were engine management can be ANYTHING. This standalone controller is just awesome in features, and ease of use in programming. I will of course sell you a unit that is plug and play with programming already setup for your application.
These units programming with wiring harness are $850
That breaks down to $700 for the TCU, $150 for the wiring harness. FREE programming and firmware upgrade when purchased from FastFieros for your application.

The ZZPerformance Intercooler is by far the most power increase bolt on part for the 3800SC engines. Claims are 30-40HP increases. Prices start at $1000 for stage 2 applications. Below are pics of the InterCooler. I keep 2 in stock at all times or you purchased directly at www.zzperformance.com
The SuperCharger Pulley is the quickest value "bolt on" for the 3800SC. The stock size is 3.8 and most people looking for 10 -15 HP will go with the 3.4 pulley. This is a press-on pulley and must be done with the proper tool. I keep 3.4 pulley's in stock.

The PCM (Power Control Module). So powerful these days. Tuned from the factory for emissions and economy, there is alot left in one of these. For a price however.
When the 3800SC became a strong contender in the racing industry, the Grand Prix Store came out with the reprogrammed PCM. Boosting 15-20 HP and firmer shift points. Prices started at $400 and have dropped to $260 on these.

CYA Racing - CYA sells only limited custom tune PCM's. Not sure what software and hardware package they use. Not sure they are even still around.
1997 is unique and only for 97. last 4 digits of the service
number are 7797
1998 reprogrammed will work up to the 2003 (I have not tried
this, but was assured it is true) *Update* 05-15-04 I have tried this now. The
98 code will work with the 99-03 engines. Not recommended however still.
